What events can you cover?
We cover a wide range of private, cultural, social and business events: weddings, birthdays, family celebrations, conferences, product launches, community events, sports and live performances. Tell us the location, schedule and priorities so we can agree the right coverage and crew.
Can you create regular content for our business?
Yes. We can plan recurring sessions for products, food, premises, team stories and service demonstrations. We connect the shot list to your publishing calendar, or work alongside your community manager and social media team.
Can you edit photos or videos we already have?
Yes. We review the files, quality and usage rights, then agree what can be achieved through editing, colour work, sound, subtitles or new formats.
How much coverage and how many final files are included?
Coverage hours, locations, crew, the selected photo collection, video lengths, revisions and delivery dates are agreed for each project. Raw files and project files are discussed separately.
Will our content appear in your portfolio?
We agree portfolio use with you. Venue access, participant permissions, usage rights and any restrictions are discussed as part of the brief.
